These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the photography services provided by LoreVenice Photography (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the website https://lorevenice.com. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

We provide professional photography services including but not limited to weddings, elopements, proposals, engagements, portraits, and family sessions in Venice, Italy. All services are tailored based on the selected package and prior agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

4. Delivery of Photos

Edited digital images will be delivered via private gallery within [insert delivery time, e.g. 2-4 weeks] after the session. No unedited RAW files will be provided unless explicitly stated.

5. Copyright and Usage

All photos remain the intellectual property of LoreVenice Photography. Clients receive personal usage rights only. Commercial use or third-party distribution is not allowed without prior written consent.

6. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to arrive on time and to follow the photographer’s directions during the session. Delays or no-shows may result in shortened coverage or cancellation without refund.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, technical failure). In such cases, any payments will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

8. Liability

While all care is taken to ensure a smooth experience, LoreVenice Photography shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising during the photo session.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.
