2. Availability & proposal
   I confirm my availability and send you a personalised proposal with package options and details adapted to your wedding in Venice.

3. Call or video meeting (optional but recommended)
   We schedule a short call to review the timeline, locations and expectations, and to check that we are a good fit for each other.

4. Booking confirmation
   To secure the date, you sign a simple photography contract and pay a retainer. Once this is done, your date is officially reserved.

5. Planning & coordination
   As the day approaches, we refine the schedule with your planner or venue, decide on key locations for portraits, and plan backup options if needed.

6. Wedding day & delivery
   On the day, I follow the agreed timeline while staying flexible to capture spontaneous moments. After the wedding, you receive your edited images in a private online gallery within the agreed delivery time.
