Yes. Your proposal package can be adjusted up to the last moment, as long as logistical conditions allow it.
We remain in direct contact shortly before the proposal to monitor weather conditions, crowd levels and your personal timing. If a change of location or schedule improves feasibility or comfort, it can be implemented without issue, provided availability remains compatible with the requested time window. Flexibility is built into the package structure to ensure realistic execution rather than rigid constraints.
Venice experiences extremely high crowd density, especially in its most iconic areas. Outside defined time windows, it is simply not possible to create clear, usable images due to constant pedestrian flow.
In addition, during spring and summer, daylight becomes harsh and vertical for most of the day, producing strong contrasts and unflattering light. Soft, balanced conditions occur primarily early in the morning or late in the day, which is why time windows are limited.
Some locations also have access and operational restrictions. Gondola services operate only between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with increased rates after 7:00 PM. Scala Contarini del Bovolo opens to the public from 9:30 AM. These constraints are integrated into the proposed schedules to ensure feasibility and avoid last-minute complications.
